Privacy policy

1. Scope and contact

This Privacy Policy explains how DMG Medicare Advisors LLC, doing business as DMG Medicare Advisors (“Agency,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information through dmgmedicare.com and related website communications.

Privacy questions and requests may be submitted to manuel@dmgmedicare.com or by calling (956) 758‑8252.

This Policy covers the website only. A carrier, enrollment platform, scheduling provider, payment processor, or other third party may provide a separate privacy notice for information it collects directly.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the website, we may collect:

• identifiers and contact information, such as name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, and ZIP code;
• information you submit in a quote, contact, appointment, or service request, including language preference and interests relating to Medicare, individual and family health, ACA Marketplace, life, final-expense, hospital-indemnity, dental, and vision insurance;
• information about a household, coverage request, health-plan category, or Medicare stage that you choose to provide;
• communications and records of your requests, consents, and preferences; and
• limited technical information processed by our hosting and security providers, such as IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, referring pages, approximate region, and security signals.

Please do not send Social Security numbers, payment-card information, medical records, government identification numbers, account passwords, or other highly sensitive information through a general website form unless the form expressly requests that information and provides an approved secure method.

The callback form submits what you enter to the Agency’s website endpoint. After validation and bot checks, the request is sent to the Agency’s CRM so the Agency can respond.

3. Sources of information

We collect information directly from you; automatically from your browser or device; from a person you authorize; and, when necessary to respond to a request, from insurance carriers and administrators.

4. How we use information

We may use personal information to:

• respond to requests and communicate about insurance products or services;
• prepare, support, or service a quote, application, policy inquiry, enrollment, appointment, or other requested transaction;
• verify eligibility and route requests to appropriate licensed personnel, carriers, administrators, or enrollment platforms;
• provide customer service and maintain communication preferences;
• operate, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the website;
• prevent fraud, abuse, malicious automation, and unauthorized access;
• keep records, resolve disputes, enforce terms, and protect legal rights; and
• comply with applicable legal, regulatory, licensing, carrier, contractual, and recordkeeping obligations.

We will not use information for a materially different purpose without providing any notice or consent required by law.

5. How we disclose information

We may disclose personal information to:

• Cloudflare and other providers that host, secure, maintain, analyze, or support the website and communications;
• insurance carriers, administrators, licensed agents, and enrollment platforms involved in a quote, application, enrollment, or service request;
• professional advisers, auditors, and service providers acting for the Agency;
• government, regulatory, law-enforcement, or legal authorities when required or permitted by law; and
• a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of relevant business assets, subject to applicable law.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising unless this section is replaced with an accurate disclosure and every required opt-out mechanism before publication.

6. Retention

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and to satisfy legal, regulatory, licensing, carrier, contractual, fraud-prevention, dispute, and recordkeeping obligations. When retention is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete, de-identify, or securely dispose of the information.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we handle. These measures include encrypted transmission, access controls, monitoring, and vendor controls where appropriate. No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

8. Your privacy choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with you, or ask for a portable copy, by using the contact methods in Section 1. Where applicable law provides additional rights—such as confirming processing, obtaining categories or specific pieces of information, opting out of a qualifying sale, targeted advertising, or profiling, limiting certain sensitive-data processing, or appealing a denied request—we will respond to a verified request as required by law.

We may need to verify your identity, residency, and authority before acting. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, subject to verification. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right. Insurance, financial-services, health, employment, and other information may be governed by separate laws or exemptions.

9. Communication choices

You may ask us to stop marketing emails or texts at any time. Use an unsubscribe link when provided or contact us directly. A marketing opt-out does not prevent nonmarketing service communications or communications required by law.

10. Children

The website is intended for adults seeking insurance information and is not directed to children under 13. Do not submit a child’s information through a general website form unless it is reasonably necessary for an insurance request and you are authorized to provide it.

11. Third-party services and links

Third-party appointment, map, enrollment, payment, carrier, and other external services are operated by parties we do not control. Their privacy, security, accessibility, and terms apply when you use them. Review their notices before submitting information.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy when our website, services, vendors, or legal obligations change. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. When required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before a material change takes effect.
