Accessibility

1. Our commitment

DMG Medicare Advisors LLC, doing business as DMG Medicare Advisors, is committed to making dmgmedicare.com usable by people with disabilities and to providing access to its information and services. Accessibility is an ongoing practice, and we welcome feedback when something creates a barrier.

2. Accessibility target

We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA where reasonably practicable. This is an accessibility goal, not a claim that every page or third-party service has been formally certified or is free of every barrier.

3. Measures we take

Our accessibility work includes:

• semantic headings, landmarks, lists, links, tables, and form labels;
• keyboard access, a visible focus indicator, logical focus order, and a skip link to main content;
• text alternatives for meaningful images and appropriate handling of decorative images;
• readable contrast, responsive reflow, text resizing and browser zoom support;
• reduced-motion support and controls for moving or time-based content where required;
• instructions, validation, and error messages communicated in text rather than by color alone;
• descriptive link and control names;
• captions, transcripts, or alternatives for time-based media where applicable;
• U.S.-English and U.S.-Spanish pages with correct language metadata; and
• a combination of automated checks, keyboard testing, zoom/reflow testing, and manual review appropriate to each release.

4. Compatibility and third-party services

The website is designed for current versions of major browsers and common assistive technologies. External calendars, maps, enrollment tools, payment services, security services, and carrier platforms are operated by third parties and may have accessibility features or limitations outside our control. If a third-party service creates a barrier, contact us so we can help identify a reasonable alternative.

No specific limitation is currently known on this website. Third-party services may have limitations outside our control.

5. Request help or report a barrier

If you cannot access content or complete a task, call (956) 758‑8252 or email manuel@dmgmedicare.com. Please identify the page, what you were trying to do, and the barrier you encountered. You may also identify your browser or assistive technology if you wish.

We will work to provide the requested information or service through a reasonable alternative while we investigate the issue.

6. Ongoing review

We review accessibility when material website features or content change and work to remediate confirmed barriers according to impact and feasibility. Automated tools are only one part of this process and do not replace manual review.
