DMG Medicare Advisors LLC, doing business as DMG Medicare Advisors, is an insurance agency licensed in Texas, Florida, Nebraska, and Missouri. The Agency is not an insurance carrier and does not underwrite policies or decide claims. Coverage is issued by the applicable carrier and is subject to that carrier’s underwriting, forms, limits, conditions, exclusions, pricing, service area, network, formulary, and availability.

2. Coverage summaries and quotes

Website descriptions are general educational summaries, not policy or plan language, and do not amend, extend, or alter coverage. Carrier-issued policy and plan documents control. A quote or contact request is not an offer and does not bind coverage. Rates, eligibility, products, discounts, benefits, and carrier participation may change and are not guaranteed.

3. Insurance—not securities or professional advice

Life insurance and annuities are described only as insurance products. The website does not offer securities, investment-advisory services, tax advice, legal advice, or medical advice and does not represent that the Agency or any person holds a securities or investment-adviser license unless separately and accurately disclosed in writing.

4. State and service-area limitations

Website information is intended for residents of Texas and Florida. Product availability depends on licensing, appointment, carrier requirements, location, and the applicant’s circumstances. Accessing the website does not imply that the Agency is authorized to offer insurance in another state.

5. Medicare and TPMO disclosure

Not connected with or endorsed by the United States government or the federal Medicare program.

We do not offer every plan available in your area. Currently we represent 7 organizations which offer 80 products in your area. Please contact Medicare.gov or 1-800-MEDICARE to get information on all of your options.

Medicare information on the website is general and is not a complete description of benefits. Eligibility, benefits, premiums, copayments, coinsurance, service areas, provider networks, formularies, and enrollment periods vary by plan and may change. Enrollment depends on contract renewal and the applicable plan’s rules.

6. ACA Marketplace disclosure

DMG Medicare Advisors is an independent insurance agency. It is not the federal Marketplace and is not HealthCare.gov. Eligibility for premium tax credits or other savings is determined through the applicable Marketplace based on the information submitted and current law. Plan availability, networks, benefits, premiums, cost sharing, and subsidies vary.

7. Carrier appointments and compensation

DMG Medicare Advisors may not be appointed with every carrier or offer every product available in a visitor’s area. The Agency may receive commissions or other compensation from an insurance carrier or service provider when a policy or plan is issued, renewed, or serviced. Compensation may vary.

8. Third-party enrollment and appointment services

External appointment, map, carrier, payment, and enrollment links are operated by third parties. Their eligibility rules, terms, privacy notices, accessibility, and security practices apply. A link does not change the Agency’s role or guarantee acceptance, enrollment, coverage, benefits, or pricing.

9. Communications and consent

Submitting a website request authorizes DMG Medicare Advisors to respond using the contact information and channels you select. Optional consent to receive marketing calls, texts, or emails is not a condition of purchase. Additional consent may be required for automated, prerecorded, artificial-voice, marketing, or Medicare-related communications. This disclosure alone does not provide any such consent; it must be obtained through the form or another applicable consent process.
